In a flat the entrance hall, lift and gallery all play a part. We carry our airless machine and covering material upstairs. A small lift means we move materials in parts. Let us know beforehand whether your building has a lift and whether there are set times for moving or renovation work.

In an occupied home we work room by room. You clear small items, we place furniture in the middle and cover it. Water-based latex has little smell, but we ventilate well after spraying. According to the Sigma data sheet, latex is dry after about 1 hour and can be overpainted after 4 hours, so the home is usable again quickly.
Think of the neighbours. Spraying is not very loud, but the machine does make some noise, and your neighbours will notice when we go in and out of the stairwell. A short note on the door avoids questions.
Finally, something about the surface. In many flats the walls have been painted over several times, sometimes with gloss paint. Latex bonds poorly to such a wall without preparation. That is why we sand by hand and check whether the old coat is firmly attached. That is no luxury, but the basis for a coat that stays put for years.
