Wall spraying in an occupied apartment or family house
Most residents have the work done while they live there. Then we work room by room. On the first day we do the rooms you use least, and the rest follows. You push furniture to the middle and we cover it. After each day we clear up.
Decide beforehand which walls are the most noticeable: visitors see the hall, the living room and the corridor first. There you may prefer a higher scrub class (the washability rating under NEN-EN 13300), because those spots get dirty faster from hands and bags. In bedrooms Basic is often enough. That way you keep the total under control without compromising on visible areas.

A family house in this neighbourhood often has a staircase and a hall. We mask the stairs and spray the walls alongside in one go. Think about access for our equipment: a narrow staircase means we carry materials up in parts. That takes a little more planning, but it is quite doable.
On drying time: according to the Sigma data sheet, latex is dry after about 1 hour and can be overpainted after 4 hours. So two coats can go on the same day. Only then do you remove the protective sheeting from the floor.
