What is airless spray painting, and why does it suit rented homes?
Spray painting walls and ceilings means we atomise latex paint under high pressure with an airless machine and apply it in thin, even coats. Why does it suit rentals? When a tenant leaves, the turnaround often has to be quick. In our experience we spray an empty apartment up to 5 times faster than we could roll it. That saves days of vacancy. The result is a neutral, fresh home that is ready to let again.
A worked example: an apartment with 90 m2 of walls and ceilings comes to 90 times €7.95, which is €715.50 for Basic. Medium is €895.50 and High is €1,075.50, always from. If you expect heavy wear, a higher scrub class (the washability rating under NEN-EN 13300) is sensible, and we discuss that during the on-site visit.
For large series of apartments with the same layout it pays to measure one home beforehand. Then we know how many m2 of wall and ceiling a standard home has, and we can draw up the quote for the rest quickly and clearly. That avoids arguments afterwards about quantities.
For small repairs in between, such as a leak stain or a hole left after a wardrobe is removed, you can also book a small job. We repair minor defects and then spray the whole surface, so you see no difference.

We work in fixed steps. First we advise on site and check the surface. Then we mask, sand by hand, repair small damage and fill the inside corners. After that we spray two coats, clear up and hand over. So it is more than just applying paint.
Allow for a well-ventilated, dry space. According to the Sigma data sheet, latex is dry after about 1 hour and can be overpainted after 4 hours at 23 degrees. That means the second coat can go on the same day, and you can use the home again quickly. Leave the windows open for a while and do not turn the heating up too high, so the paint dries evenly.
A practical point on older walls: we do not simply leave hairline cracks and holes. We fill them, sand them flush and then carry on spraying. Visible damp patches cannot be fixed with paint alone. The cause has to go first, otherwise the patch comes back.
