When people talk about having their walls painted white, they usually mean a fresh, light finish. In practice it means your walls and ceilings are coated in a light-coloured latex paint. So it is simply latex spraying, with white or another light shade as the final colour.

One example: 60 m2 times 9.95 is €597.00. In a hallway with a stairwell the surface area is often larger than you think, because the walls run up high. So measure the walls and ceiling too, and request a quote if you want to know exactly.

Crisp white walls start with masking and sanding. We mask windows, frames and floors, fill small holes and hairline cracks and fill the inside corners. Then we spray two coats of latex. For a living room, spraying saves a lot of time: according to Wagner, even beginners apply paint up to four times faster than with a brush or roller.
The paint dries quickly. With Sigma Air Pure Supermatt the coat is dry after about 1 hour and can be overpainted after 4 hours (source: Sigma data sheet, 23 degrees and 50% humidity). So you can be back in your living room quickly.

Which latex to choose for white: scrub class and ceilings
For a living room or bedroom, Basic is often enough. In a hallway, stairwell or kitchen you will more likely choose a higher class, because people brush past the wall or scrub it more often there.
