Which scrub class suits? For bedrooms Basic is usually enough. In the hall and living room you often choose Medium or High, because there are more marks and wear. You will find more explanation at scrub class of latex. Class 1 under NEN-EN 13300 is the most washable.
Also note what is not in the price: a second colour, dark colours or major repair work to cracks in the plasterwork.
