Which quality suits? Basic has scrub class 3 (washability under NEN-EN 13300) and suits bedrooms. Medium (class 2) is handier for corridors and living rooms. According to the Sigma data sheet, latex is dry after about 1 hour and can be overpainted after 4 hours at 23 degrees. So two coats can go on the same day, and the home is often back in use quickly. For an occupied home we work room by room, so you can always be in a different room.
For flats with a gallery or balcony there is sometimes an extra point: doors and frames on the outside. Inside we spray the interior walls, outside we leave alone unless you agree otherwise separately. That makes clear what is in the quote and what is not, and avoids discussion at hand-over.
