How fast is ceiling and wall spraying? A living room and a whole home compared
Speed is often the first thing people want to know. In our experience spraying is up to 5 times faster than traditional rolling. A standard room of 12 to 20 m2 takes 30 to 60 minutes of spraying per coat on average. That sounds quick, and it is, but it is not the whole story.
Take a living room with about 40 m2 of walls and 25 m2 of ceiling. The spraying itself takes a fraction of an hour. Masking the floor, frames and furniture takes the most time. Then come two coats with drying time between them, and finally clearing up and hand-over. So allow half a day to a day for the living room.
The cost of that example: 65 m2 comes to from €516.75 with Basic, from €646.75 with Medium and from €776.75 with High. You can see how the price arises. The amounts are from-prices for light colours and are fixed in the quote.

Older and slightly newer homes: a different surface, different preparation

Older homes involve more. Old paint layers can come loose, sealant seams have cracked and there are often holes around sockets. We sand by hand, repair minor defects and fill all inside corners. That is in our from-prices, so you get no surprise afterwards.
Visible stains from damp or a leak must be solved at the cause first. Painting over them often lets the stain come back. If you are in doubt, have a plumber or surveyor look first and call us afterwards. A good surface is the basis of every spray job.
Would you rather have a light colour than white walls? That is possible within the from-price, as long as it is one colour per quote and the shade stays light.
