As an owner-occupier in a high-value home you want a finish that looks good for years. For that, the scrub class of the latex matters. Under NEN-EN 13300, class 1 is the strongest and the easiest to clean; class 3 is the standard. At scrub class 1, 2 or 3 you can read the difference.

On the ceiling we pay extra attention to raking light. Sprayed latex gives an even coat without roller streaks, provided the surface is well prepared. A ceiling that is well filled and sanded makes your spraying look sharp. If you want that done separately, look at ceiling spraying.
