Worked example: a living room of about 40 m2 of walls and 25 m2 of ceiling is 65 m2 together. Add a hallway and a bedroom of 15 m2 and you have 80 m2 in total. For a lived-in home we work in order of rooms, so you can stay somewhere. Furniture stands in the middle under a dust sheet. After each day we clear up. Small repairs are included in the price, as is hand sanding.
An apartment above the ground floor means carrying materials up stairs. Check beforehand whether there is a lift and how big it is, so we bring the right equipment. Parking is best arranged with the municipality or the residents; we tell you in advance how long we will be there.
