Older and newer homes: what the surface decides
In the K-buurt 83 per cent of the homes are more than ten years old and 17 per cent are newer. You notice the difference on the wall. A wall in a home over ten years old often has small damage from moves, holes from hanging systems and yellowed patches above radiators.
That is why we inspect the surface first. Small repairs are included in our price, and we sand by hand so the latex adheres well. In newer homes the surface is often smoother, but there too it pays to check the plasterwork and seams before the machine goes on.

Are there many frames and radiators in the way? Then most time goes on preparation. That is normal and makes the difference between a neat and a sloppy result. What does latex spraying cost per m2 in a home in the K-buurt?
What does it cost to have latex sprayed? That depends on the number of square metres and the package. We charge from €7.95 per m2 for Basic (scrub class 3), from €9.95 for Medium (scrub class 2) and from €11.95 for High (scrub class 1).
