Older flats and newer apartments: two ways of preparing

Wondering whether your walls need to be washable? That depends on the room. A kitchen, hallway or child's bedroom takes more wiping and fingerprints than a bedroom. For heavy use choose Medium or High. The explanation is on scrub class of latex.
Also ask about the order of work during the visit. We like to start with ceilings and then finish the walls. That way any overspray lands where work is still going on, not on a wall that is already finished.

Housing associations, VvEs and private owners: how we plan together
Many jobs in a neighbourhood like this come from managers. For them we prefer a clear sequence: a visit to one or two example homes, a quote per type of home, and then a schedule per complex. That way you can spread the costs over several homes and do not have to negotiate again each time.
For private owners of one of the 12 per cent owner-occupied homes the approach is more personal. You choose the colour and quality yourself.
