Agreements with the VvE and neighbours for your spraying work in the Stadshart
In an apartment you deal with others. If your home is an owner-occupied apartment, there is usually a VvE (the owners' association of an apartment building). How long does it take? In our experience a standard room of 12 to 20 m2 is sprayed in 30 to 60 minutes for one coat, with taping off taking the most time. That is a practical figure from our own work. For a whole apartment you therefore allow for a day, depending on the preparation. At 23 degrees latex is dry after about an hour and overpaintable after four hours, according to the data sheet of Sigma Air Pure Supermatt. So you are soon living in your own space again.

Which scrub class should I choose?
