Handover at a tenant change or move: how we plan it
An empty home is the easiest job for a latex sprayer. We mask, sand, repair small holes and fill the inside corners. Then come the two coats on walls and ceilings. Because, according to the Sigma product data sheet, latex is touch dry after about 1 hour and can be painted over after 4 hours, the two coats can follow each other closely.
