The figures from Statistics Netherlands (CBS, 2024) paint a clear picture of the Rijnbuurt. There are 5,345 homes, with 8,950 residents and 5,600 households. For planning, that means a fixed order of work. First we look at how easy the home is to reach and how we get the machine and materials inside. Then we decide how much masking material we need. Next we go over the walls for small cracks and holes. Only after that groundwork do we spray.

A practical example: a living room with about 40 m2 of walls and a 25 m2 ceiling takes a fraction of an hour to spray. Masking the floor, window frames and furniture takes most of the time. That is why it makes sense to do several rooms in one day, so you only mask once.

Keep in mind that spraying has drawbacks too. You need to cover more, the machine needs room to stand and changing colour halfway through takes time. On the other hand the result is smooth and even, with no roller texture. If you are unsure, just ask for honest advice during the visit.
