In a larger building the work is often more than just spraying. We agree how to bring materials upstairs, which areas to protect and when the lift or stairwell stays usable. For work inside your own home you usually need no permission; for shared parts you do. Check your VvE rules (the VvE is the owners' association of an apartment building) or ask your manager.

Speed helps in a building where neighbours can hear you. In our practice, one coat of latex on a room of 12 to 20 m2 takes 30 to 60 minutes of spraying. So the machine is not running for hours; most of the time goes on preparation and clearing up.
We are open seven days a week from 07:30 to 19:00, but we plan within the house rules of your building. If your VvE has time windows for works, tell us and we will schedule within them.
Many landlords and owners wonder whether spraying is as good as rolling in a narrow hallway or small entrance. It certainly is, as long as we mask everything well. In narrow spaces the mist is easier to control than you might think, and the coat comes out even.
For older ceilings with cracks, we can repair and fill them first. New cracks can appear because the building moves; those fall outside the job, but we do advise you on a sensible order of work.

The package choice is simple: Basic is standard latex with scrub class 3 (the washability rating under NEN-EN 13300), Medium is class 2 and High is high-end latex with class 1.
